"Unfortunately there was a leak in the hallway and a big loud fan that was being run all day and night for two days until the pipe was fixed. There was no room service to order coffee to the room in the morning. The room looked at a bus pickup/dropoff location with people constantly walking past. It was unfortunately a less than ideal accommodation."

"There is a large area with several pools, all but one are in the 21+ area. The other pool is 3ft deep. Great for kids with lifeguards on duty. "

However, when I arrived on Saturday with my children, I was informed that the pools were closed due to maintenance repairs. Had I been given accurate information, I would have booked another place. The main reason for choosing this location was for my kids to enjoy the pool, and it was very disappointing for them to arrive and find it closed. This situation reflects a serious lack of communication and knowledge from the staff who provided incorrect information. I expected reliable information when I called ahead, and unfortunately that was not the case."
