"It’s Vegas, the room comes with no amenities, but was clean"

"Despite being marketed as a recently renovated room, it was filthy with tons of maintenance needs. There was a beachball-sized bubble in the ceiling from water damage, broken and unusable drawers, visible dust everywhere, trash on the floor and furniture from prior guests, black discoloration on the whole tub, dirty windows/glass, missing grout and caulk in the bathroom, and more. "

"I asked for a Corner room for the view but I was only put on the 2nd floor and then the noise from trucks being loaded & unloading til early in the morning didn't help matters. Next not having a cafe that's open 24/7 with a full menu was a drag."

"Numerous trips to the front desk and the endless line to get room with correct number of beds, working keys, more working keys etc. Pool was an exercise in frustration, Dumped a newly purchased bottle of water and repurchased at twice the price. No chairs. Had to purchase pool float for crowded lazy river. Was charged for mini bar when leftovers were put in the fridge- set off a sensor apparently. Waiting for elevators is last back breaking straw. Even after finally crowding on, it then stops at every floor. Stay elsewhere."
