"Clean room, helpful staff, really nice vibe "

"The room was really dated. It was slanted at the top so I kept banging my head. Additionally, the place didn't look like it had been maintained. The water pressure was really low. The worst part is when the toilet was flushed there was a smell which traveled into the room.(On suite).That being said, the staff were really friendly and helpful. They also came in to clean the room and replaced the amenities which was appreciated."

"Perfect location for the west end, check in not great though and no information in room, tv not working. Rooms could be spectacular with some money spent on them. Unfortunately our room was next to the staff lift so noisy. Believe this hotel could be great with some more money, time and effort as you cannot beat the location. "

"It is an old building, so keep that in mind. When you use the shower it is hard to keep the water contained to the bath so I think there may be a little water damage or mold in floor boards from that. But other than that it is a beautiful location, quiet area for the city, helpful staff, and large, LARGE spacious rooms. Overall a good stay but I think there was mold or just dust because my allergies kicked in really bad in this room."

"Wonderful flat in the West End with such great character. Loved staying here, enjoying the comfortable sitting area and views out across the city. Wonderful host supplied coffee of all kinds and some sweet treats too. Quiet, comfortable and great location.Better be fit to make it up 3 flights of stairs!"
