The advantage is its location. The disadvantages are that they charge for the occupant's car parking, the lift in the car park is not working, so you have to carry all the luggage from the car park to the reception, the reception is so small that it takes at least more than 30 minutes to check-in as there is only one person there and many guests, and the rooms are plain with bad beds and no space to walk around. The bathroom is divided in half, where the toilet part is separate and the bathing part is separate. The room service is not good either.

The hotel is very updated and the staff is very nice. I loved the hotel. BUT: reserved a bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch bed was not made and when I asked the maid she said she was very busy and that she never made the pull out couch bed, as per orders. I ended up asking for some sheets and making it ourselves. But we didn’t have a duvet so my son was cold during the night. We called the front desk but nobody answered so we gave up. We should have insisted but when you are traveling for one day in the end you don’t want to have to deal with all this. My recommendation is to make sure when you reserve to say you are going to use the pull out couch.

Very courteous and friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities and the area of the hotel was very convenient to just about anywhere we needed to go. If we're ever back in Glasgow we'll definitely be staying here again! Also, the breakfast was really good and the buffet food was replenished frequently so even if you show up late you're not risking missing out. Definitely recommend adding the option for the breakfast, definitely worth the extra fee.
