Clean and welcoming. Had my dog and it was great for him. Air xon brilliant. Only paid £75 for room and dog. Excellent value. Bit of a rip off £12 to park though
Hotel is really good. It is well located and easy to reach. The layout is quirky and fun. The sky bar is a nice place to enjoy a drink with city views. The only thing that lets it down is breakfast is a bit of a bumfight. It is overcrowded as there don't seem to be enough seats for the guests and although there are staff everywhere it is hard to get any of them to stop and help.
Brilliantly placed for concert venues and easy access to motorway
Good amount of parking
Super quiet, comfy rooms, spotlessly clean and great for Morden charging of devices
Excellent value for money - really recommend

Liked: Cleanliness
Great breakfast, very comfortable bed, warm shower and great check in service as always
We had a one night stay to see a show at the OVO which is literally across the road, so location is brilliant.
The hotel is modern and clean. Our room was lovely, floor to ceiling windows with blackout curtains, the bed was a king (very comfortable) and the bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower.
One of the Key things for me was that it was so quiet, no noise from traffic or other guests and we had a really good sleep.
The buffet breakfast was good with a pretty good choice of hot foods and continental options.
As we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, we wanted something to eat before heading to the show and, for convenience, would have liked to have eaten at the hotel, however it appears that the food/menu at the hotel restaurant is limited (only does pizza(?) which is absolutely fine if that’s all you fancy) but we decided to take a walk and find somewhere else for food. There are plenty of places around a 10-15 minute walk away from the hotel.
Parking at the hotel was a little pricey at £25 for 24 hours but that appears to be around the standard these days for most large cities. There are other car parks nearby that you could research beforehand though.
Staff were really nice on arrival and professional.
Overall, I’d highly recommend the hotel and I’d definitely stay here again!
