Wonderful people at the front desk. I got upgraded to a mini apartment during my 6-night stay which was a very spacious room with a kitchen, sitting area, and large windows with a nice view. The bathroom was quite small though but was modern and clean.

We had a nice stay at Albion, got a lot of help from the friendly staff when we didn't knew that we needed it (for instance we got help to get a cab when the subway hadn't started in the morning - nota bene it does not start until 10 AM on Sundays). Really enjoyed our stay!

Phenomenal stay at a lovely hotel

Phenomenal stay with friendly and helpful professional staff. Hotel is well kept and comfortable. Easy access walking to area of interest or metro service. Especially appreciated Diane and Gabriel in reception being so helpful. The coffee and tea reception room is very nice. Highly recommend a stay at Albion.

Lovely little hotel

Lovely little hotel. The room was newly renovated, very nice and bed comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was great and shower pressure outstanding! Breakfast was just okay. Overall a good place and I will return.

Great hotel, superb location! Perfect 😊

The Albion Hotel is a lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and were super helpful when we had to arrive after 10pm. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. It is in a very quiet location too. We were visiting the University of Glasgow and the location of the hotel was perfect for us - it was approximately 15 minute walk along very nice streets in the city. We could park right outside the hotel from 6pm until 8am free of charge then we parked in the Kelvinbridge Station car park - the whole day for £7.90 and that included a return journey on the metro. Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for us, we were very pleased.

The Albion is a fantastic hotel right in the heart of the west end of Glasgow. It is perfect for enjoying many great restaurants and shops in the area and wider city. We were welcomed by Diane who was fabulous. Our room was in the adjoining property to the hotel. Everything was spotless. I mean everything! The large bed was also extremely comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast option but the small dining room was well laid out. This has to be one of the best value hotels in the city given its cleanliness standards and location. It will become our go to hotel in Glasgow. Thank you.

A really nice little hotel (with no elevator)

The hotel was mostly wonderful. The neighborhood is very nice, with several things nearby to see and do... not THAT close, but it is very close to a subway station, so you can go almost anywhere from there. The building is in very good condition. The room was very nice; the bed was comfortable, the room clean, and it came with the ability to make tea. The breakfasts were delicious (I highly recommend their potatoe scones). The only issues we had were two. First, there was no elevator. My wife is disabled, and the only available room (even though I booked 3 months in advance) was on the first floor (above the Ground floor, for Americans like myself, so second floor for us). This was not horrible, but something everyone should know if they have disabilities. The second was in the bathroom; the toilet did not flush right on the second-to-last day, and began leaking just a little from the cistern... and at the same time I could not get cold water in the shower, so it was too hot. They could not fix it that day, so we left before it was fixed. These issues are not deal-breakers... and everything else was incredible. I still highly recommend the place.
