The hotel staff where so helpful and friendly they are what makes the hotel The restaurant and bar where good value Again the staff were very polite and welcoming The Starbucks was busy when we were there. We did not end up using the gym.

Nothing fancy about this property, but if you need to stop in Glasgow this is a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay, just outside the congestion of the city. 5 minute drive to Glasgow Central (and rental car return). They do charge for parking, but at least they HAVE spacious parking, which was hard to find this close to city center.

Staffing on the front desk very helpful, they booked us a taxi for our concert. Food in the restaurant was good and staff at the bar very friendly. The bed was so comfy, best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time.

The hotel was lovely. Clean, well presented with excellent facilities. The room was modern and comfortable and we even had sky tv. The main reception area was also modern, clean and beautifully presented with Starbucks easily accessible. Breakfast was great, the pool was fab and we spent a good amount of time in there. The bar area was also a great space and offered live football which we loved. The only criticism I would have would be the food in the bar - we found it expensive and poor quality: everything seemed to be cooked from frozen! No evidence of a chief preparing fresh food. Another thing to note when booking is that it is (as it states) out of the city centre and is a good 30-35min walk to Buchanan Street etc.Approx £10 in an Uber.

The staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants and other sights to see in Glasgow. The hotel was modern and clean, providing a lot of amenities. The location is also great, a short distance from the city center but still in a quieter, more open area.
