"A really lovely welcome, kind and caring host. Free off street car parking available, its 5 minuites walk to Boscombe Beach / pier. The place has character, a throwback B&B, i loved it and will stay again. "

"An enjoyable 1 night stay in busy pub/hotel. Excellent position close to beach and a very reasonably priced bar. Small car park full mostly by beach walkers rather than guests, however street parking close by. We had a wonderful sea-view room. A few cons: building and rooms looking dated and tired, in need of a refresh. Would have made use of a fan as windows can only be opened slightly. A small fridge also to keep drinks cool would have been welcomed. Would stay again for certain."

"It's in a very good location between Bournemouth and boscombe piers. The rooms need updating and the outside of the building needs refreshing. The onsite parking is astronomical and you can pay to park outside on the road for a fraction of the price. If you just want somewhere to sleep and shower it's a good reasonably priced option"
