"Great location and staff were so helpful. Our room air conditioning was broken when we checked in (it was 81 degrees farenheit in the room but only 70 outside) and they were able to switch our room to one that worked. Appreciate them making it right. The rooms were very spacious and we loved our stay!"

"Only complaints are the AC without remote and old fashioned shower head without handheld. However, water pressure was excellent. Restaurants on site were very good, particularly "couchon dingue". Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. While there were plenty of upscale joints, we did have ramen and lebanese take out sandwiches. There's also a Chinese restaurant, texas bbq and Subway around the area. Short walk to museum, Parliament, historic sites and old Quecec City. The park by the hotel was top notched. All in all, hotel was very nice and they city is tranquil and charming."

"Bed was comfortable, shower at the right temperature, no need to adjust, just turned it on. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Informative as for dinner locations, in walking location or delivered. We walked and explored, had dinner at Cecile Et Ramone, 8 minutes walking. Breakfast was the right normal, just wished we had fresh fruits, like bananas, apples, whatever is in seasons. Overall very nice, easy to get to."
