I liked the atmosphere. It is quite, comfy and simple. I just stayed home one night at the Hotel but if I decide to visit Quebec city, I will choose the same hotel for sure! The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was ready by 3 pm and we went down to the pool after arriving. The pool area was nice but the jets in the hot tub didn't work. The most frustrating part of our hotel visit was the room key. Everyday the keys stopped working and we were there for 4 days.

Location was fantastic. Just outside of the old City yet close to many good restaurants including the one in the Hotel. We travelled with our two Chihuahuas and being placed on the main floor at an end hall with little noise was very good to keep them from barking Although clean, the room was tired-peeling paint on bathroom ceiling, stains on walls, lifting floor, loose bath tap, furniture rough looking. Room could also benefit from having a microwave for leftover food warm ups. Would definitely stay at same place again as it was affordable, had a great restaurant and was in a great location.

The room didnt have any hand towels, the floor was dirty, the sheets weren't the cleanest and the shower floor was so slippery I'm surprised we didnt get hurt, the shampoo and soap supplied was horrible and the AC was extremely loud. The hotel needs to be updated and cleaned. Love the pool area

The rooms are clean, check in was easy but staff is not around most of the time, rooms are very outdated, washroom cabinets are all chipped & outdated, beds are so so. Rooms are not sound proof so you hear everyone running, talking, yelling, feet stomping. But I would say price if affordable specially at this time of year, close to everything, resto, stores, coffee shops. Had to fight for parking cuz ppl don’t know how to park. Might stay again cuz of the price & surroundings
