The staff were very friendly, informative and helpful. We were on ground floor (once you climbed the stairs at the front) which was a blessing with all of our luggage. The room had a wonderful view of the street. Coffee was served each morning. The hotel does not have breakfast facilities but they offered a discount from a cafe close to the hotel. Everything was in the room that we needed. Staff arranged a taxi for our early morning departure which was on time. Overall we loved this hotel and...
