The property is located in a convenient location. However, in the area and the room where we stayed in, it has a strong urine smell. We had to keep the balcony door and window open to dampen the smell. The amenities were decent.

The room, staff, some amenities were good. The location was pretty far from downtown Quebec City but there was a bus that went directly so it was good. Also staff told me I can get a 3 day pass included in the hotel fee for the bus which was nice.

The wall to wall carpet seems decades old and need change and not cleaning. The washroom has cracked caulking. The faucet was not fixed in one place and the whole plumbing moves when operating. Staff was good and professional. Parking was okay.

The room was clean looking but the corridors to the room smelled like pee and musty when we arrived. The room furniture looked dated. The elevator was out of order, which was inconvenient with our heavy luggage. Ample parking on site and looked safe too. Staff was helpful with checking in.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Lots of parking spots. I loved everything about the hotel. However, in terms of cleanliness, I am a bit disappointed. I stayed on the top floor (3rd floor). The ceiling was dirty. It rained during my stay. I got bitten by mosquitoes. Overall, I like the stay. Location is good too.

The property is old and that's the reason for strong smell in the room. The rooms have carpets. We kept the door open during the day to reduce the smell. The room was clean and sheets were fresh. Will not stay here again.

We were happy to have been assigned an ample 2-level suite. The bedroom and ensuite on the 2nd level (loft)—ideal for resting after a busy day. It had a ceiling fun(had to lower its speed level to decrease the noise) that help quite a bit in the hot nights we stayed. The staff at the desk were very helpful and courteous. We stayed 3 nights. When we asked them about transit to avoid driving downtown, they offered us 3-day unlimited transit pass—it was very appreciated. The water/juice, fruit & coffee available in the a.m. was a good breakfast kick off! Thank you.

The room is clean and the place looks good. I think the carpets need to be removed cause it causing some smell in the place. If you have a car this place will be convenient for you, cause there are plenty of spots to park there. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall it's a good place to stay in.

This property would deserve less than one star, but that’s not an option. To say that the carpets in the hotel need replaced is an understatement. The room had never been dusted. There’s no outlets to plug your phone in that work except for one on the ceiling and I’m not kidding. The floor in our room was sopping wet. We had to leave our shoes on if you wanna save a couple of dollars and you’re an adult sure by all means stay here. Do not take children to this hotel. I wanted to leave immediately, but it was 11 o’clock at night. The smell was like an spca. Quick check in and out. Close to highway and gas station. Towels and bed linens were clean.
