"The room was very clean especially bath tub. They don't provide room cleaning service everyday. We stayed 2 nights. We requested to change towels and take some garbage out on the 2nd day. We were able to communicate with the front desk by texting. It was so easy!"

"The chalet was incredibly unique and had the most stunning view. We came with our two children and stayed for five days and we wish we could have stayed longer. The hot tub was amazing, the net bed was incredible, and the pink sunrises every morning were out of this world. We brought our projector from home which worked amazingly on the wall next to the net bed. We also found the fireplace very nice! The temperature of the chalet was perfect and the heated floors were a nice addition. We felt like we could truly relax! We've stayed at a lot of chalets before and this one was a once in a lifetime type of place. We've never stayed anywhere like it. "

"This rental was advertised as an entire house, but upon arrival we discovered that the owner’s daughter lives in the basement. Because the sound insulation is very poor, we could hear almost everything, which meant there was very little privacy. We were also charged an additional fee for our dog, even though the listing states that pets are allowed. In addition, the living room furniture is outdated and quite uncomfortable. Had we known these details in advance, we would have chosen a different place. Communication with the owner was polite, but the overall experience did not meet our expectations."
