I called 3 times to make sure they would send me a code due to my 3am arrival. despite being assured of that I never got the code and wasted an hour having to go to the ambassador Hotel and pick up a key with instructions. The receptionist told me that this was due since i had not paid. However I had the card file and he processed it right as we spoke! "

"We were looking for a place close enough to Quebéc touristic area, but away from all the noise. The place is 15 minutes driving from the Citadel. Couldn't be better. Alex and Elena provided our family an amazing stay. The bedroom was spotless clean. Actually the whole house is very well maintained.
