"The Cabin itself was very spacious for our family of 4 plus a dog.
Plenty of activities and games for the family to do together
All the appliances worked great and the beds were very comfortable.
We plan on doing this again. Even if it was the same cabin, we were very happy with it"

I am writing to provide feedback regarding our recent one-night stay at your property during an extended trip to Big Bear. Overall, we found the accommodation to be pleasant and conveniently located.
We had requested an early check-in, understanding that this is subject to availability. However, we observed that housekeeping staff appeared to be completing their work closer to 3:30 PM. Consequently, we received the access code around 3:52 PM, just eight minutes prior to the official 4:00 PM...

"The house was very beautiful and check in/out was very accommodating. Fireplace and home was clean and had enough pans to cook as well as cups / forks knives and seasonings which was a plus.
Just a few things that we had issues with ;
ceilings upstairs were sloped where the beds were so my husband kept banging his head. If you’re trying to be quiet upstairs you cannot because the floors creak really bad but that’s common in the cold for hardwood floors.
