"My family honestly enjoyed our stay. However, there were plenty of smaller inconveniences that leave a lasting impression. Upon arrival, the room was as advertised and clean. However, there was a relatively big brown stain roughly about 8 inches in length and 5 inches in width that was giving off a weird smell on the carpet in the living room. Not a big deal, we ended up putting a towel over it since my kids were playing in the living room. Next morning, roughly around 830 am the power to the entire unit went out for about 10-15 mins. The next day, I received a call from the front desk stating the water would be cutoff for an hour to make repairs. Same day, the elevator went out, which normally wouldn’t be a big deal, however we were on the third floor making it inconvenient anytime we left or came back to the room. Lastly, from the moment we got to our garage door, it had issues opening using the assigned garage gate code. Anytime we wanted to park the car in the garage we would have to go through the unit lobby to get to the garage. We still had a great stay. However, the facilities issues definitely left a bad taste. We’re still inclined to come back for another visit as we loved the area so much. We just hope on our next stay, we don’t encounter the same issues."
