"From the pictures I expected a little more for the money. Room was old and outdated. Resort is old and outdated. Coffee machine was broken, TV didn't work properly either. The cafe was awesome. The restaurant was super overpriced. The property is beautiful though. It is close to the village as well. The pool area was great and the pool staff were terrific but extra small jacuzzi and only a handful of lounge chairs. If you are coming to Arrowhead to do lake activities forget about it! We didn't realize the lake is 100% private and you can't even kayak without being an owner in the community. Can only fish from hotel dock as well."

"This is an older house with relatively clean inside. Considering the price, you can’t ask for better. However from the description you may assume that it is walking distance to the lake. But that is not correct and you must drive. Additionally the house does not provide access card to the lake trail like most of the homes in Lake Arrowhead.Other then that you will be okay"

"I’m usually a skeptic when it comes to glowing reviews, but this stay earned every star. From A to Z, everything was perfect. The cabin is tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedroom windows offer a stunning 'treehouse' view. The living room fireplace added a perfect touch of warmth, and Paul was an exceptional host—totally responsive and answering every text within minutes. Highly recommended!""

"Cabin was very nice and clean. The host didn’t respond to my text until 23 hours later and apologized. He didn’t call me back after leaving a voice message. Our issue was we didn’t feel safe and secure in there. First, the entry door was very flimsy along with the broken knob. It had a glass window on the top part of it that was already cracked. So, literally that window can just be broken and reached in to open the padlock very easily. There was no curtain or any type of cover for that glass window on the door so no privacy during the night. The door always kept getting jammed from the inside to open the door. The same for the window by kitchen sink no cover or curtain. You can’t walk into the kitchen at night because any peeping Tom can look inside. The screen door didn’t even lock from the inside. So, we left after one night even though we paid for a 2 night stay."

"Place was wonderful, cabin was clean and you can see the lake from the cabin. Everything that was needed to make the stay comfortable was properly provided. Owner was also kind enough to check us in early. The cabin was a 5-10 minutes drive to lake arrowhead which was very convenient. "
