Great place to stay with acceptable breakfast. Pay to park... Why? Management greed, that's why. Also, the elevator design in the place is a little whacked: Get a room on the second floor and you need to heft your stuff up the staircase. What about the handicapped?

We had a lovely stay at Big Bear in a family room which was clean and comfortable with a warm welcome at reception when we checked in. The restaurant was closed on a week day which we hadn’t known about but the games room and outdoor pool were enjoyable.

Very nice, clean, quiet hotel. Carol, who checked us in, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We asked for a room change to not have a balcony towards the parking lot snd she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

Overall stay was nice, down side was the room i was in had a really loud A/C system like something rattling inside and the surrounding trim was not flush with the wall, looked broken. It was really hard to fall asleep due to the noise. At checkout i mentioned it and there was no attempt for compensation. Other than that the balcony area of the room was a good spot for morning coffee and fresh air to start the day.

First time staying at a best western signature collection. Staff were amazing but the hotel itself is very outdated. The hallways could use some renovation as well as the carpets. I booked the 2 queen beds with balcony and our view unfortunately was someone’s backyard so we did not utilize the balcony whatsoever. The bathroom was less than ideal because you could see wall patches and unfinished paint. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Overall it was average stay for a busy holiday weekend

Nice breakfast, good selection. Restaurant and bar is closed during the week. You have to ask for room service. My garbage was sitting in my room from Monday to Wednesday. When I asked the staff about the garbage they suggested I find a trash can on my floor. No early check in even though check out is at 10 AM. Carpet is stained, the bathroom vanity is outdated and looks like it hasn't been deep cleaned. Mini fridge was pretty big, it had a freezer area as well.
