"Loved the quirkiness of the property. Everything was pink. Our room was decorated as a Freda room. We came to Richmond to see the Freda exhibit. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom: the stopper in the sink would not let the water drain & you had to jiggle the toilet to get the water to stop."

It’s located in a great area, with restaurants, shops, and other attractions all within walking distance, which made it very convenient for us. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended—would definitely stay here again!"
