"Parking was a hassle. There are limited food options around the hotel. But the hotel was very nice, the room spacious, and the staff helpful. "
"We found this to be an attractive remodeled old home in a neighborhood that has for years been in a declining state. Commendably there are efforts to reverse this trend seen in the surrounding area including this homes remodel. However, the atmosphere is threatening. We were awoken at 3AM by high powered weapons discharge very close by. The neighborhood is mostly run down, and a trash pile was heaped up in the rear of the properties across from us. We did not feel safe or comfortable in such surroundings. The homes interior was pleasing, with the beds being comfortable affording a quality sleep. The bathrooms were clean and accommodating. The lack of closet space in the master bedroom was difficult to work around. The host was very communicative, helpful, and pleasant to work with. They obviously have put in a lot of time, money and effort in trying to make this home a vacation retreat. We thank them for their hospitality."

The location was convenient to all of our events downtown and in nearby areas.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. When we had a couple of small questions during our stay, Matt was quick to respond and incredibly helpful.This is a wonderful place to stay in Richmond, and we would absolutely book again."
"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home during my transition from Texas to Virginia, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The house is impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. One of the standout features is the secure fenced yard, which was perfect for my fur babies to play and explore safely.Having the opportunity to stay here with my dogs while waiting for my house purchase to finalize was a true blessing.
