My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were courteous, hotel itself was was extremely well taken care of. Pool and hot tub were amazing and not over chlorinated. Its a nice little side road location so extremely easy to get to and leave. Overall, very satisfied with the stay.

Great experience overall, very walkable neighborhood. Property was just as advertised, very clean, host is very responsive and courteous. Close to shops, restaurants, Richmond Convention Center. Also across the street from GWAR Bar a huge plus!
