Green Hotels in Berlin

We spent over $300 Australian a night, so for the price, it wasn't worth it. But I would recommend to friends if they had no cheaper options... Although, two single beds does not equal a double bed.

the hotel was in an excellent location, close to transport making it easy to realise our planned sightseeing. The staff were approachable and helpful which enhanced the experience we would use the hotel again and would certainly recommend it

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and right from the beginning was welcomed and made to feel at home by the lovely staff. Location was great and close to both U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, decor and style of the hotel and rooms was brilliant and great service by staff.

Arrived early and our room was already available which impressed, together with the very helpful concierge who gave us tips for the city sights and how to get to the rooftop bar,, which was one of the reasons we had picked the hotel. The panorama room made the most of the view and the soundproofing with the railway line was excellent - no noise at all. I was travelling with my daughter and we had a pleasant cocktail in the Grace bar on the first night, though disappointed that the restaurant was closed for the period. A good breakfast buffet (though pricey). However....returning to the bar after dinner the next evening was a completely different experience - the weekend 'door staff' employed were rude and officious in denying access to both the lounge and rooftop bar. Whilst I can appreciate this treatment may apply to the rooftop bar - though having been to W hotels in London, New York and others I have never experienced such poor treatment in a 5 star hotel. There was also a well-dressed couple behind us in the 'queue' who were told the same thing - despite a half empty bar! The facilities at a 5 star hotel are expected to include a bar, which as a guest, I would expect to be able to use. More worried about brand than service for their clientele. V disappointing.

Only a one night stay close to a business contact. This was a genuine 4 star hotel at a very reasonable price - almost cheap enough to put me off when I was booking!

The hotel is well-located and super close to any transportation. The hotel staff was very friendly as well. The major problem during my stay was cleaning staff - I never got any amenities replaced for four days even when I asked for one extra soap (I left a note in the bathroom)! I finally got one when I called the reception. Another thing is that the floor lamp in my room never worked and I reported this on the second day of my stay - it never got fixed during my stay.

Enjoyed the spacious room, had nice dinners at restaurants close by, and everybody working there is very pleasant.

Hotel has everything you could want...fab rooms...large bed..cleaned every day...pool and sauna great...robe..slippers..chocolate on your pillows on arrival...breakfeast great..did not eat in resturaunt..very expensive..area good too..plenty eating places and shopping..bus service really great.

Location is perfect, literally if you are you staying there you will not need a car, my car was in the parking the whole time. Super staff, helpful and friendly. Big major issue is the entrance when you come for a check in, you will park the car on the side of the road next to no stop or waiting sign, I was there for quit long time trying to figure where can I park my car cuz it's right by the traffic light, it will be nice if the mention that before or if they had the bell guy coming out if he says a car stoping by the door. It was super confusing. Wi-Fi is chargeable, come on now hotel like that should consider that service.

Too loud. The tram is right in front of the hotel. If you want to have a quiet night, then ask for a room away from the street. For the kids, do not channel surf. Certain tv channel is inappropriate.
