We extended our stay after our tour for an additional day in Berlin at the same hotel the tour had reserved. In fact, we stayed in the same room we had, which was very convenient. The check-in/extension was effortless. The location of the hotel was great, close to restaurants, a mall, restaurants, and Vheck Point Charlie. Everything was within easy walking distance. Our room was excellent. We could not have asked for better. The breakfast buffet was more than complete. It even included champagne and a variety of fruit juices, teas, types of coffee, and hot chocolate. Omelets could be cooked to order, and an automated pancake machine popped out mini hotcakes. Breakfast meats—hot sausages, bacon, curry bratwurst, charcuterie—and lots of cheeses abounded as well as the extremely fresh breads, rolls, croissants, and hot and cold cereals. Fresh fruit, compote, and various flavors of honey completed the meal. The breakfast buffet is definitely more than just a quick bite. Skip lunch, for sure! The concierge was more than helpful in setting us up to navigate the city for our extra day. Most knowledgeable and pleasant! Yes, our extra day in Berlin was well worth it. Very smooth and effortless check-in, beyond comfortable room, and very welcoming staff. Truly, a visitor’s delight!

Hi, Everything was very nice overall, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, I did notice that the gluten-free options at breakfast were quite limited. Additionally, there were no clear labels indicating which products were lactose-free or gluten free. As dietary needs like gluten and lactose intolerance are not uncommon, it would be wonderful to see a wider variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options, clearly marked, in the future. Thank you again for the otherwise pleasant experience!

Great hotel in the centre of Berlin recommended to me by a friend. The location is great to explore most of the landmarks. The rooms were clean and spacious and free drinks are offered in lieu of housekeeping which we found useful and green as we were only there three nights so didn't really need housekeeping. Reception were very helpful and we asked for slippers which were brought to our room. The breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the day so we didn't need to eat till dinner in the evening.

We came back, been here a few years ago and loved it. Very friendly helpful staff at the reception, perfect lokation, good cleaning etc. only one bad thing this time: We had a room facing the busy street outside, which meant heavy traffic starting at 6 o clock in the morning, very heavy and this means traffic noise from 7 o clock which woke me up every morning. We will come back but defenetly ask for s room not facing the traffic side (like our first visit). We loved the opportunity about skipping cleaning one day and getting drunk coupons for the bar!

Avoid hotel for sanitary reason

Poor location, water in bathroom smelt disgusting. Would never come to this hotel again

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly reception staff and an easy check-in process. After checking in we went to our room and were pleasantly surprised to find it had been decorated with a Christmas theme, a Christmas bow on the door, a tree with baubles and lights in the room, Christmas rugs, fairy lights around the windows and wall transfers, which all added to the seasonal cheer. After about an hour staff attended our room to check everything was to our liking and delivered some small Christmas gifts of chocolates, sweets and a personalised welcome note. This was all unexpected, but gratefully received and enjoyed. The room was comfortable and well appointed with all the facilities we needed. We were pleased with our stay at this NH hotel and would definitely book again in future.
