"It's an absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were all kind and gracious. The bedrooms are spacious. Guests are provided with robes and slippers. We loved that they provided a shuttle to downtown and other places. A 5 overall@"

"Short walk to Mount Albert train station, via right of way, and two of bus routes. Shops at Mount Albert are not great, there is however a fantastic vegetarian Chinese supermarket. The Pack and Save supermarket is fifteen minutes walk if you are buying in bulk. The neighbourhood is not very interesting, there are a number of small parks within a few minutes walk. The flat is weird. Furnished with broken mirrors on the bed-side tables, cheep furniture, horrible nicknacks and ugly posters. Could do with a deep clean - there were dust bunnies behind the car-seat sofa. Don’t forget to bring your own cleaning cloths."
