"This is a lovely hotel in a great location. My room was gorgeous and had the best nights sleep I’ve had in years, as the room is sound proofed. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Just a few things to be aware of. This hotel is quite expensive to book, and it’s a little cheeky they charge an Additional cost for parking, £25 for the night. It does not have aircon so is quite warm. The food and drink are overpriced. (Recommend going elsewhere) However, it is a lovely hotel and you can’t beat the location "

"No major issues apart from the check in as when we arrived around 6pm there was no one around, we rang the reception bell rang the phone and still nothing for around 20 mins. Luckily some other residents came in and I asked if anyone is usually manning the desk and they said yes and they would try and find them and let us know we were there so eventually someone did come down for us to check in but at one point we were considering putting our bags in the car and going into Blackpool and then checking in later but got sorted eventually."

"Lovely hotel in the Lake District. Conveniently located near shopping and attractions. Bike rentals available onsite. The bars, lounges and restaurants were fantastic."

"Although the property was being externally renovated it did not detract from the feeling of being looked after, the staff were very polite and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. "

"It was quiet, lots of picturesque views of Blackpool Tower and the promenade and also of the Big One at Pleasure Beach in the distance. The location is ideal as it’s not in the middle of everything going on, staff were very polite and whilst there are facilities like the pool and Sauna etc we didn’t make use of during this stay we would definitely be inclined to make use of them on a future visit!"
