"We stayed here for a last minute weekend break. The hotel was easy to find and there was a car park a short walk away ( free). The room was clean and spacious with everything we needed, including air conditioning. There was a cold water dispenser at the end of the corridor and even a bowl of apples for guests to help themselves. The hotel is right opposite the shopping centre and there are several restaurants nearby. If you want somewhere more lively to go to in the evening, then the water front with lots of bars and restaurants is about a 20 minute walk away "

"Four nights at this hotel and very nice it was, location was good with plenty of shops bars restaurants within walking distance. Had no complaints with the hotel the staff were lovely, rooms were comfortable and immaculate didn’t hear a sound from anybody during our stay, lovely hotel very reasonable would recommend."

"Lovely welcome on reception. Room laid out with extra bed as booked for 3. Great stay, unfortunately didn’t have time to use the extra facilities as car broke down so we had to use trains to get there at short notice. Will book again tho so we can take advantage of them. "

"We booked a room as part of a wedding party .wedding was at 2pm. Check in is 4pm which is quite late ,we had to be in the orangery for 4pm so staff managed to check us in 3.40pm .Room was perfect, slept well,breakfast amazing. Food at the wedding of Becky and Mark was incredible. Our first visit here and we will definitely return and use the pool/spa as we didn't get chance to on this occasion. Check out at 11am is good, no rushing around. Thankyou for a lovely stay "
