Upgraded to a family room which was lovely the view was excellent can't comment on breakfast as I didn't have it Bar open till midnight it could of done with a little background music as it was very quiet Will definitely stay there again even though it is out of the way but there's bus stop right outside hotel Room was very very clean

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the property were clean. Staff only entered rooms on request so i was happy to leave more valuable items in my room. Breakfast was good and basic. The parking on site is very limited but the whole of the prom has free parking.

This was just a quick stopover to catch early ferry across to Isle of Man to watch TT races. Staff really friendly and It was great knowing they had a night porter on duty watching out for the motorbikes parked at the front of hotel. Apparently they had a visit from the motorbike thieves that were looking for bikes to pinch and were chased away in the early hours. Would stay here again if doing the same trip as only 15 to 20mins from Heysham ferry terminal. We did hear from a group on the ferry that one of their group had bike stolen from Morecambe that same evening.

The staff could not have been more lovely and helpful. Parking is great, you can park literally outside the front door. There is a lift, so don't worry like i did. The seaview room was gorgeous.
