Staff were helpful. Though the place is poorly maintained. The elevator was out for the entire stay and we needed access to it. The breakfast was nice but we caught some of the bread and croissants having mold. Overall i wouldn’t stay again there.

Upgraded to a family room which was lovely the view was excellent can't comment on breakfast as I didn't have it Bar open till midnight it could of done with a little background music as it was very quiet Will definitely stay there again even though it is out of the way but there's bus stop right outside hotel Room was very very clean

Stayed in a superior triple room which has plenty of space/storage and a fantastic view across Morecambe bay. Some of the fittings were a little tired but everything functioned as it should and was cleaned to a good standard. The staff are friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain where everything was for the breakfast buffet. Breakfast consists of a small selection of cereals, yoghurt and English breakfast items, as well as tea/coffee, bread for toasting and individually wrapped croissants. It is a budget breakfast at a budget price. When we stayed the lift wasn't working so if you struggle with stairs, I recommend checking with the hotel before booking. Free on-street parking is available outside the hotel with no restrictions.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the property were clean. Staff only entered rooms on request so i was happy to leave more valuable items in my room. Breakfast was good and basic. The parking on site is very limited but the whole of the prom has free parking.

The staff could not have been more lovely and helpful. Parking is great, you can park literally outside the front door. There is a lift, so don't worry like i did. The seaview room was gorgeous.
