"The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. We were sadly there as dad was in palliative care..We had flown in from canada, with broken leg, they let us check in early and were very kind. Room was great for accessibility but it did smell a bit musty/damp - but then had wet room so maybe that is why. "
