"We stayed at Doubletree in Fiji on a 2 day stopover from Japan. The property and pool was fantastic. What dissapointed us was that we flew in at 4am, and having paid for the night before expected to check into our room straight away to be able to rest with two kids after a flight(we emailed twice to check). Unfortunately arriving at the hotel just before 6am, they couldnt check us into our room and the front desk suggested we just go to breakfast to wait while they sorted it out. At around 8am...

"The staff were really nice, the food was excellent. The kids loved the pools, the rooms were clean. The kids had a great time kayaking and paddle boarding. Warmer linen would help as it was quite cold at night. The buffet was great but occasionally there were issues with getting cutlery and the kids buffet kept running out and it took a while to refill Other than that highly recommend"
