    "Stayed a dozen times now but this time was a doozie. Following booking I sent a note requesting a car park, team noted its first come first served, I noted it being critical. I arrived only to be told the valet and park service was not available so had to take the risk of parking on the street. I was then given the wrong room and key card which luckily the incorrect room had a “do not disturb” sign on the door to prevent that awkward situation. Then on check out the wrong card details were..."
