"We stayed at this hotel twice during our visit to Auckland. Both the times the rooms were big and good. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful as well. The water pressure in the bathrooms were less for us but otherwise it was a good experience. The hotel is very conveniently located and close to shopping, dinning and the harbour. Definitely a good spot to stay in if you are exploring downtown Auckland. "

I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was perfect and very convenient. I especially want to mention how honest and kind the housekeeping staff were — after I checked out, I realized I had left some jewellery behind, and they carefully saved it for me so I could pick it up. I’m very grateful for their integrity and care. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it."
