Needs some tlc. Nice and spacious rooms but could do with a freshen up, the shower in particular as the doors were falling off. Running water also made an awful noise in the pipes which scared the kids trying to sleep in a new place. Convenient location near to the airport. Good for an overnight before or after a flight.

The room seemed satisfactory at first glance, with clean appearances and nicely made beds. However, upon closer inspection, the bathroom revealed some concerning issues, including a dirty toilet seat, cobwebs, and mold around the shower and ceiling. The woman who picked us up at the airport also checked us in. She was great!! Hardworking, helpful and fun. The room was perfect; clean, comfortable. It was close to the airport and a rental car location, so it was perfect to sleep off the jetlag before grabbing a car and starting our trans-island driving trip! Would use this hotel again!

The room I stayed in was comfortable and convenient for my over night stay and having the use of the free shuttle service to and from the Airport was great. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I also liked that it was in walking distance to the shopping centre I went to.
