Impecable 3 bdr-2 bath -Free Carpark and pool
Your family and/or friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. This apartment has 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is located in the heart of Auckland central city. The Spark Arena is just around the corner at walking distance. Restaurants and cafes around. Washing machine and drier. The kitchen is open plan with a 4 hob ceramic cooktop. A free secured carpak is included. There is a foldable 1 in 3 cot available plus games and books for children.
Family friendly, the apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge TV area. A balcony with views to the city and parks. There is a portable Air Conditioning tower in the lounge for hot days, which you can operate also by remote control. 3 double bedrooms: Master bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and an ensuite; a second double bedroom with a double bed; and a third double bedroom with 2 single beds. Two full bathrooms, a full main bathroom with laundry facilities and a second ensuite full bathroom in the master bedroom. The apartment has a ventilation system built-in and connected to the full building ventilation network. All appliances provided: fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee making machine, electric milk frother, dishwasher, electric jug, 4 slot toaster, sandwich grill maker, rice cooker, blender, electric knife, electric can opener, juicer, cordless steam iron, instant boiled water dispenser, washing machine and a drier. Facilities free to access: tennis court, swimming pool, gym and sauna. 1 secured carpark in basement 1 (PLEASE NOTE THE MAXIUM HEIGHT FOR A VEHICLE TO ENTER THE BASEMENT CARPARK IS 1.95 m). The views from the third floor balcony are to the docks, the Waitemata harbour and the Harbour bridge. So close to The Viaduct where the best city restaurants and cafes are located along with nightclubs, Wynyard quarter and Queen St. The Sky Tower casino is also a few blocks away at walking distance. If you want to explore Waiheke Island or the other islands from Auckland city, the ferry terminal is also at walking distance.
Guests can use all facilities in the building by using their electronic fob supplied.

Great location and amenities at complex. Accommodation itself was good, it would have been better if we had some basics like alfoil, cling wrap, paper towel and dis y have to shop for these while there for 3 days. Dishwasher and dryer also had some issues during our stay.
A great, handy apartment to Spark Arena. Had everything we needed. Was great to have two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The coffee machine didnt work but the Z station over the road was handy for an early morning flat white. Thanks for fast, awesome communication.
