For our son’s birthday, they surprised us with a banner on our door, balloons, and even a cake such a thoughtful touch! "The room was a good size . beds were clean only problem was chewing gum stain on carpet room 104 can be removed with.chewing gum remover. Breakfast was very good .The staff were brilliant. Didn’t have to pay for car parking if registered or you get a fine come through the post Lovely hotel. Would recommend for car park if staying there"

"My wife and I stayed for 6 nights and could not have been more pleased. The rooms have been recently updated and the bathroom worked well and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast and dinners we ate were wonderful. Well prepared and ample portions. The entire place was very clean. The best part of the experience at the Conningbrook was the employees. All were very jovial and helpful and couldn't do enough to make your stay memorable. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are staying in Ashford."

"Great spacious room, pity it looked over a car park. Never mind. Hotel clean. Food reasonably priced, Gym !! 3 Gyms, great choice of weight s, free weights, machine, benches, isolation machine, running machine. Sauna, steam room. Restraunta. Facing the sea, 30 secs walk."
