"Three night stay to attend a music festival. The reception area is large, airy and with plenty of seating and has a great little Starbucks counter. The checking in process was flawless and staff were professional and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable albeit a little tired in areas. There was no AC but two fans had been provided which did the trick. The buffet breakfast was excellent, especially the cooked sausage! And totally set us up for the day. It is possible to walk into town but it is also on a bus route which stops across the road from the hotel. For what we wanted this hotel gave us it and more."

"Was dissatisfied that you no longer accepted cash I’m 68 and don’t use a card I had to use my savings card surely it should be optional 😩😩 therefore it restricted 🚫 what I could buy 😳😳 when we arrived we were given a room number 0140 and in the bathroom there was puddles and mould on the floor I went downstairs and explained to David who PROMPTLY found us another room 259 it was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds I didn’t want to use my card so I was restricted we were made very welcome the breakfast was hot and tasty the Sunday lunch was beef or gammon thats day I had the beef it was so so tasty and the vegetables were cooked perfectly and the staff were polite and we enjoyed our stay there was lots to do around the area and the Harbour Arm was brilliant and the local pubs were very welcoming and not overpriced 😁😁😁 and ACCEPTED CASH "

"Couldn't fault the staff who went above and beyond our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent ground floor accessible room. First class breakfast included. Evening happy hour was appreciated and enjoyed. Hotel itself is attractive and welcoming."

"Guys, I promise you, never slept on a better mattress in a hotel. We spent a night only and our room was spacious with a large desk. We had also breakfast and the staff was really friendly. As we travel to the uk quite often, we will most probably go back!"
