"The owner, Amelia, was very helpful and kind. I forgot to contact her about my arrival time beforehand and I had trouble with checking in because of it, but she came over to the property and did a tour of the house. The owners of the cafe right next to the house were also very kind and called Amelia for me to check in. The house was clean and it was only 3 mins walk from metro station. You can walk to the city center by walking about 20-30mins."

"Hotel Luena is centrally located and very accessible to all city points of interest. The hotel had a crisp new feel to it and the staff were friendly and helpful with baggage storage and check in, dietary restrictions at breakfast and arranging transportation."
