Really liked the Eurostars Lisboa hotel. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is near the main shopping area, and an easy walk to the metro to get around. We stayed over a weekend and the area was very quiet . Would recommend a stay here.

This hotel is not a 4*, it's basic, it only has one pillow, towels, soap-shamp-cond, toilet rolls. All you get from a 3*. It's under Lisbon fly path, right beside metro rail track and the traffic of a busy road outside. It's very noisy, I wouldn't be coming back here again.

El hotel está muy bien. Lo único que no me gustó es que el resumidero de la regadera estaba tapado y no se iba bien el agua. Lo reportamos pero como que no lo compusieron. También nos pasó que el bote de body wash no tenía jabón y lo tuvimos que reportar y ya lo pusieron.

Unmotiviertes Personal schon bei der Ankunft an der Reception. Von unserer Buchung mit Frühstück war angeblich nicht bekannt, also mussten wir das Frühstück extra bezahlen. Die Klimaanlage wird nur im Sommer zugeschaltet, es hatte aber bei Ankunft Ende April 26 Grad Außentemperatur. Fenster in der Nacht öffnen ging gar nicht, weil direkt daneben die Bahnlinie für Güterverkehr vorbeirattert. Meine teuere Rituals Bodylotion war nach der ersten Zimmerreinigung spurlos verschwunden
