The hotel was very clean with location ease of access to public transit. Breakfast was on time provided with sufficient food and fruit. Snacks and coffee milk was accessible until evening. Cooking facilities available and large public space for guests to share when eating. All the staffs were very kindly and helpful all the time. We definitely recommend this hotel to others. We loved our stay here, this was our first time in Lisbon and we were really happy with this guesthouse. The location is amazing, we walked everywhere. Breakfast was so good, especially the coffee. Our room was very clean and smelled like fresh laundry. The staff were also very nice and helpful, offered us a map and to keep our luggage. Would highly recommend!

I only stayed for one night at Chalet D Ávila Guest House, but it was perfect. The staff was super friendly, gave good advice for things to see, the breakfast was lovely, the building really pretty, the room had a decent size and the bed was comfortable. If you don't mind sharing a bathroom, this is a brilliant place to stay.

I was a bit worried since it’s a shared bathroom, but it was consistently clean, which I really appreciated. You can tell this place truly cares about its guests. There’s always a coffee station and fresh fruit available, which was perfect for me — I could grab some on my way out or enjoy it as an afternoon snack, something that’s not easy to find while traveling. It was the best little bonus for me. I also want to express my gratitude to all the staff for their kindness.
