Great hotel, we loved it. Staff is super friendly, we had a noisy room and the receptionist directly asked us if we wanted to change the room and we did. We also received the VIP amenity. The gym, spa area is small but great for a city hotel. The area around the hotel is great too, metro just next door, super convenient.

Save your money and stay at Evolution Valboum Hotel. It’s nicer, more modern and has better quality rooms. I asked not to be by the elevator, was by the elevator. I had to have a staff member come check the A/C because it was not on high. Was told they only have one fan for the whole building. Asked housekeeping to clean my room, was met with a nasty attitude. Then housekeeping came in my room unannounced while I was sleeping. There is no security latch on the door which is unsafe and the key hole would not stay up. You would be paying too much to stay here. Save your money and go somewhere else. Not worth it. Staff was nice though.

The hotel is in the perfect spot for food, walking & transportation if you appreciated community emersion away from the tourist areas I stayed in their Super Cool suite which provided me with an awesome day & night panaramic view of Lisbon which I never got enough of Evolution needs to upgrade the blue couch n room (517)
