From the moment we arrived, every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Our concierge, Emanuel, was outstanding—attentive, proactive, and always a step ahead of our needs. He checked in on us regularly, offered great recommendations, and made sure every detail was seamless.
Beyond Emanuel, every staff member we encountered played an important role in making our stay memorable. Housekeeping kept everything impeccable, the restaurant and beach teams were attentive and friendly, and the overall atmosphere made us feel completely welcomed and cared for.

"I stayed at Impressive Hotel, and my experience was truly amazing.
Service: The staff were very respectful, always responded quickly and politely. Many of them speak English, which made everything easier.
Food & Drinks: The buffet and snack areas are open for 3–4 hours in the morning, at lunch, and in the evening. Water in the room was free of charge. There are plenty of restaurants and shops available.
Cleanliness & Facilities: Everything was spotless. The bathrooms are new and shining, and the beach is clean and beautiful.
Gratitude: Honestly, I didn’t find any weaknesses; everything was well organized and professional.
Suggestion: If the hotel could offer halal meat, it would be perfect for Muslim guests from Toronto, the US, and around the world. This would bring even more guests and an excellent future for the hotel.
