Swimmingpool was clean, refreshing, and a great place to relax. Bavaro beach was only a few minutes away and had impressive views of the Caribbean Sea. There were many restaurants in the area, giving plenty of dining options. Everything I needed was within walking distance. The overall atmosphere felt welcoming and calm. It’s a great place to stay for both short and long vacations.

When you check in at this hotel, they expect you to check your room out to make sure it's acceptable. I did that and since I had to leave soon thereafter I didn't check everything out. I did notice that the balcony door on the third floor unit did not latch. I told them so on my way out. After dinner I returned to find that the AC did not work, the TV did not work and that the door had still not been fixed (after they told me they would fix it). They stated that I had the only key to the room and they could noit get in. Where in the world does a hotel only have one key pewr room?? I booked another hotel (for twice the amount of this one - well worth it), and checked out. I asked for reimbursement but they declined. At check out they informed me that it was MY responsibility to check out everything in the room before accepting it. I've traveled all over the world and NEVER has hotel management ever said anything like that. It's the hotel's responsibility to make sure that their rooms are FIT for business, NOT THE CLIENT'S! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE.

The room was filthy. The exterior door to enter the hotel room would not even open all the way in the lock was loose on the door. The furniture was falling apart and the lamp base was broken.But the lamp was still there to be used. This place was awful , and i'm surprised that you guys would even support this place. The AC didn't work and they were sending someone up to take care of it, but no one ever showed up.So we slept in a hot room.

I absolutely loved my experience at this charming Caribbean hotel. Sweet studio I booked felt luxurious yet cozy, with plenty of space and great amenities.tropical garden is beautifully maintained and gives the property a peaceful, natural feel. I spent hours relaxing by the pool, which was never too crowded and always clean. Bavaro beach is extremely close, only a few minutes’ walk, and the Caribbean Sea looks breathtaking at any time of the day.
