We had a fantastic stay at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana! The staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, and took real accountability when any issues came up. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, with plenty of food options, honestly, better than you’d expect from an all-inclusive. Add in the nightly entertainment, and there’s always something fun going on. We’d definitely come back!

The entertainment teams and the service were exceptional. The cleanliness of the ameneities is also amazing. Lady at the main pool was amazing! Her service was fun and personable. She offered a new surpise with every drink. Ramoncito and Silivio at the restaurants were also exceptional in their service. Chocalata from the entertainment team really gave life to every activity.

GREAT STAY!! SUPER BALANCED RESORT...HAD A LOT OF GREAT EVERTHING...NOT PERFECT BUT DARN CLOSE. CANT BLAME SECRETS FOR MOTHER NATURES SARGASSUM ISSUES......SUPER CLEAN GREAT FOOD REALLY SOLID DAILY DAYTIME AND EVENING ENTERTAINEMT. Great stay will be back !!!!

The resort and staff were amazing. The food was the only downfall. Had multiple not so good meals where some were amazing. Spa was excellent and pools were great, casino was exciting, and a really beautiful resort. We had a standard swim out king room, toured the preferred and didn’t see the value. Our room was amazing without the preferred cost Still had top shelf drinks with excellent service. We would give 5 star if the food was up to standards. Over all great relaxing experience.

The property overall was nice. Not much of a party resort, but more for relaxing. If you're looking to just chill with adults only, should be all good. The rooms are outdated and there were stains on a few of the cloth chairs. Food was just okay at the buffe, restaurants were nice.t .e entertaintment was just okay

The staff was amazing and very friendly. Melvin and Alex at the swim up bar pool were great! Our butler Alberto checked on on daily and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. The front desk staff was great during check-in and check-out. We will be going back for another stay next year.

This place is amazing! From the time walking inside the hotel the entire stay was fantastic!. Our best day there was the on the beach cabana. It was our first time doing and Vicente and Ranchy gave us the BEST customer experience of our life time! Be sure to request these 2 outstanding patriots for Secret. Looking forward to coming back very soon based on the hospitality!
