"We did love the resort, friendly staff and their helps a lot , very nice beach in the front. It is very family and safe for family. what I think they should have more game in the pool like volleyball in the pool. that was a manager his name Carlos he helped me a lot. He was so nice and that was a girl was working in Mediterranean restaurant She was so nice.her name was Andrea!! I love the show they have at night the people at make people dance and make sure we have fun was amazing.I am definitely going back there again!!"

"Our stay at this resort was absolutely unforgettable because of the incredible staff who went above and beyond every single day. The level of hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail truly made this experience special for me and my family. Yan Carlos Túpete was AMAZING. He decorated my room for my birthday, organized for the restaurant staff to sing Happy Birthday, and even made sure I had my favorite chocolate cake. His attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness are unmatched. He is truly an asset to this property and should never be overlooked. Gisset Tolentino and Antoni Moreta were extremely attentive and always willing to help throughout our stay. Lissette Carrasco checked on my family daily to make sure we had everything we needed and was always welcoming and knowledgeable. Randy Santana brought so much fun to the resort. He had everyone dancing and enjoying themselves no matter their age. Juan NOT 2 from entertainment was also incredible and knew exactly how to keep the crowd excited and engaged. Natividad Sarmiento kept our room spotless every day and provided exceptional housekeeping service. Merlin Baez made every visit to Mangu restaurant feel warm and welcoming, and Chef Starlin Javier was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the food. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable. We will return year after year because of the staff and beautiful resort."

"Traveled as a family of 4 with a 4 year old boy and 6 month old boy . Incredible service from our butler Senel , he is very kind , helpful and provides amazing service . He was so kind to our 4 year old and always made sure to chat with him. The Unique beachfront breakfast next to the beach club and unique beach area is an excellent touch . Very impressed with this hotel and the kind people who work there ."
