"The design of this 3 bedroom condo is a little quirky, but it worked great for my family of four and our son-in-law.We all had plenty of space, with the studio apartment accessed through the garage.The shops and restaurants of Big Bear Village are an easy walk from the property, and skiing is an easy drive through town. We would definitely stay here again."

"This condo was gorgeous! It's perfect for a couple and just as great if you have kids! Everything was clean, there is a big tv in the living room and one in each bedroom. The fireplace ads a romantic touch and the balcony is great to barbeque or just chill on. The view on the balcony is of the pool and Jacuzzi which are both clean and a nice treat. Boulder bay is walking distance for fishing or a picnic. The location is perfect! I called the host, (Mario), the day we arrived. Very nice...

"Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in four different units at Snow Summitt Townhomes and this was THE WORST, MOST DISGUSTING AND DIRTY UNIT WE HAVE EVER HAD. Dishes were dirty, cobwebs in the rafters, terrible small kitchen with few appliances and what they had was 30 years old and disgusting....
