"Great stay in Big Bear at Lagunitas Lodge. They were very helpful and friendly at the front office. The lodge has a game room with pool tables, an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi and the lake was walking distance for fishing. I had a great stay. Thanks Lagunitas Lodge ! "

"We stayed for one night at this property, and we enjoyed it very much. It’s a lovely property, which I understand was recently renovated. The lobby and rooms have a charming retro style that adds lots of character. Our room was spotless, and roomy. Parking couldn’t be any more convenient right outside of our room. The chimney added a perfect touch, so be sure to purchase a chimney kit from the lobby. The heater is pretty loud, but we were still able to sleep throughout. However, what stood out was the service. The attentiveness we received from Jordan was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He even kindly offered to take the fire wood to our room and start it! Who does that anymore? Huge shoutout to him for his hard work and dedication. They are very lucky to have him! Give him a raise! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Big Bear. It is also a short drive to the Village, which was very convenient"

"Lovely setting and hotel beautiful but needing attention to some areas. Staff not that helpful except for in the bar and restaurant where they were very nice. Bedroom well appointed but had to make up sofa bed ourselves which was a surprise for an expensive hotel. Outdoor pool lovely, indoor spa facilities limited. Gym ok."

"Overall my family and I had an amazing time and made Great memories. Pros; location, proximity to restaurants and entertainment was prime, scenery was incredible. Cabins had plenty of room and were supplied with anything you could think of! Staff was super hospitable, just a great experience. Cons and I have a hard time writing this; some of the carpet and cloth furniture was dingy. Maybe replace with hard floors and update fabric furniture to vinyl for easy cleaning and an Updated look. There were some hairs that were overlooked in the bathroom. I ended up cleaning it."
