Had some trouble getting into the room, the receptionist had to issue a card. The AC had some smell when running

Front desk person was very helpful and knowledgeable around the food options in the area

Rooms were clean and quiet-they obviously had been updated. Every member of the staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast service was a real bonus.

Upon arrival, Samantha at the front desk greeted us with friendly courtesy. My husband jokes with everyone, and she interacted with him perfectly, and made us feel that we had made a friend. The room was perfect, and we enjoyed watching a beautiful sunset from our balcony.

I was so hoping to like this experience as I had been upgraded to a bungalow but there were a few things that didn’t make the cut. The A/C didn’t work, there was a sewage type smell in the room and the in room phone did not work to be able to call front desk or room service. I mentioned all of this the next morning only to find out the room had been taken out of order. Not sure how much of an upgrade that was.
