"Size of room was spacious as compared to other hotels. High tech way of checking if the washing machines/dryer are in use! Nice touch to have welcome drinks on 3F for hotel guests. Hotel staff were also helpful. There is a large supermarket and sports store within 5 mins walk from hotel. Lawsons is also just round the corner and about 7 mins walk to Shin-Osaka station."

"This is a very convenient hotel to stay at. It's 1 minute away from the train station, and it's surrounded by many restaurants and stores. The staff is very kind and willing to support as needed. The room is cleaned every day, if requested. I have no complains at all, I spent 10 days and everything ran well. Thank you!"

"The staff were very helpful. The kitchenette were fully equipped with utensils to cook small meals. The laundry facility in the room was great too. Though it is within walking distance to the train station, the shuttle bus service is a bonus especially on rainy/sunny days or when there are alot of bags to carry. Will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip."

"Decently sized room, bathroom was very tiny and we kept tripping over the step down. Beds were comfortable, the staff were happy to provide additional pillows and blankets. Cleaning was very exact, if rubbish wasn't in the bin they didn't take it (so no tax receipts could be accidentally taken!). Staff were all very friendly and helpful and worked around my terrible Japanese. Safe in the room was awkward and often got stuck and wouldn't open when entering our code, but the staff were happy to help. The location was great, Juso station is close and is an amazing junction that gets you to Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto on one line, Hankyu rail. Juso is also a really interesting place and there was a exhibit in the hotel about the history of the area, which I loved. I would happily come back here."
