"Great cheap, easy to locate property close to at least three transit stations. Easy Access to the Bullet Train station and Hankyu Railway and Red Metro Line. Nice, safe feeling area with an array of small convenience stores. 2 laundry areas are provided, 500 yen for washand dry in about 1h30. Staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Breakfast can be purchased for 1500yen. The hotel operates an eco policy in which the room is cleaned only every three days. Daily Towel Changes and Trash Collection are available. The room was a little dusty, this was exacerbated when the AC was switched on. This was a minor inconvenience. Repeat Visitor and would use again."

"At night time, after 9pm, they provide free soba for guest that's staying. The hotel is a nice place with public bath and daily new towels even without us asking. The laundry is a bit of a hassle but if you time it, it's great service. The laundry wash comes with detergent and fabric softener. "

"Got a big room for a good price. We were thinking that maybe it was too good to be true and we were right. The listing mentioned that there was wifi but we couldn’t even connect to it during the entire stay. We were not able to bring it up to staff because there was never any physical staff present. There was no clear way to communicate with online staff either. The listing also mentioned there was a washer and dryer. However, the dryer only has an air dry function with absolutely no heat. This meant that clothes would still be wet after the cycle. You’d have to hang it in the shower room and turn on the ventilation which would work only on thinner clothes. On a positive note, the room was really spacious and offered many beddings and storage spaces. It was also a 2-4 minute walk from the train station. It would have been a great experience if it weren’t for the cons."
