"Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. "We had an enjoyable two night stay. Our room was perfect, clean lovely Seaview oh but the windows actually needed a jolly good clean and the hotel is in a really good position just to go walking to the shops and to the Lower Leas which was absolutely stunning as was the Upper Leas, so yes it was all good! 😁"

"Very comfortable room and so quiet. Breakfast buffet was great with an amazing selection although only rubbery scrambled egg available on the buffet but poached or fried could be ordered. Perhaps some of these could be on the buffet servery for those who do not want to wait. All staff were friendly and efficient. Gardens were a feature but weather precluded a longer appreciation of them. Easy to find and a good seafront location away fro the town centre."
