"Check in was seamless and courteous, staff made sure we were aware of amenities. Room was spacious and clean. On site restaurant / bar was convenient with an impressive menu, the food was very good! We didn’t try the pool or hot tub, but it looked nice and inviting every time we walked by. The location is very convenient and the property looks well maintained. "

"I enjoyed my stay at this place overall. Very well kept and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly. You can walk to get food cause it’s a small town. Very close to provincial park that has swimming and playground areas for families. Also they have a nice lounge area plus breakfast. My only frustration was that it wasn’t as quiet as I wanted cause there is a train that goes by there every hour just one block away. Definitely recommend this place to stay though."

"Just as the name says - a cosy cottage at the lake! We were pleasantly surprised to find that the host had decorated the cottage for Christmas - even had a Christmas tree! They also supplied ample fire wood to have the indoor fire place going all day and well into the evenings. Great experience. Thank you."

"It was a nice comfortable property. Pros lots of space, big hang out area. Lots of out doors Cons It was a little messy Sound on the TV is messed up, so you'll need to bring a solution to that if you care."

"This cottage is beautifully decorated and set up. It is next to the public pier and the market so it’s very convenient to pick up ingredients that you may have forgotten. There are two large trees in front providing shade which is a precious feature on the beach. We brought kayaks and were able to visit the nesting terns and the yellow-headed blackbirds in the reeds. The water in the taps has quite a strong sulphuric smell but a water cooler is provided by the property. We would definitely visit...
