"What a gem. Have stayed here about 5 times over the last 10 years. Beautiful ocean views. Easy access to the water. Pictures of property stand up over time. Staff are always great. If you can afford the up grade, I’d always stay in one of their ocean view rooms. It’s worth it. Affordable overall but you do need to be able to walk to dining locations or have a car to drive. Really close to akumal bay where you can snorkel, shop, eat. This reminds me of what Tulum use to be like before it...

"We just spent a week here and had 3 of the swim up rooms. THEY'RE AWESOME. Bring shoes for swimming in the ocean, the sand is sharp and hurts. The pools were nice but they need more chairs around them. Head down to the beach - there are open chairs and bars there. The restaurants were good. The rooms had AC. They are a bit stingy with the AC in the restaurants.....we were sweating more than once. Also, reserve your spot at the restaurants before your trip, there's not much availability...

"Grand Sirenis is a dream come true, and feels like home away from home. I am so glad we chose to stay at this resort. From the safety of the guests, to the access to shuttles and amenities, comfortability of the beds, great entertainment, ease of booking amazing excursions, friendly staff, bilingual ability, great drinks, even better food, etc. I was so sad to leave. Hoping to come back at the next available chance. We loved it, and highly recommend if you’re looking for your own dream come true...
